Plot a value over time: type each period and its number, or paste them from a spreadsheet. Download the line graph as a PNG or SVG. Free, no sign-up.

Two columns: label, then value. Copy cells straight from Excel or Google Sheets, or paste CSV. A header row is detected and skipped. You can also paste directly into any row of the table.
Put your periods (days, months, years) in order down the first column and the values in the second. The graph plots them left to right in the order you enter them. By default it labels the highest, lowest and most recent points; you can label every point or none.
Start axis at 0 is on by default so changes aren't exaggerated. Turn it off when the interesting part is a small change on top of a large number, such as body temperature or a share price, and say so in your title.
A line suggests continuity, so use it for measurements over time. For separate categories with no order, like countries or products, a bar graph is clearer. This tool draws a single line; for comparing several series, use a spreadsheet's chart tools.
